Sue has 18 years experience in special education. She is a Developmental Support Counselor and has worked in public education since 1991. Sue's worked in special education classes and in the regular 'inclusional' classroom.
Experience:
In her current role at the school board, Sue has been involved with many IEP teams. She has been an active participant in several special education pilot projects. Sue's role as a Developmental Support provider involves designing and implementing programs that will allow students to achieve success in integrated classrooms settings. Currently her focus is assistive technology.
Education:
Sue has a diploma in Developmental Services Worker. She also has Certification in Crisis Intervention and Prevention, Assistive Technology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Modification.
